ADMISSIONS OFFICER
1. General Information
The Admissions Officer at Dong Nai Technology University serves as a key link between the University and prospective students, guiding them from their first inquiry through to enrollment.

2. Key Responsibilities
🔹 Consulting & Lead Development
- Provide admissions consultation through multiple channels
- Develop and manage potential student leads
- Support applicants throughout the admission journey
- Assist with application and enrollment procedures
🔹 Admissions & Marketing Activities
- Participate in recruitment events and school visits
- Support online and offline communication campaigns
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach effectiveness
- Help build the University’s admissions brand
🔹 Data Management & Performance Tracking
- Maintain applicant data systems
- Monitor conversion rates and recruitment performance
- Prepare reports and suggest improvements
🔹 Internal Coordination
- Work with faculties and departments
- Support operational and administrative tasks
2. Requirements
🔹 Education
- College/University degree or higher
- Preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Communications, Management or related fields
🔹 Experience
- Experience in admissions consulting, customer service, telesales, or marketing is preferred
- Experience working with students is an advantage
🔹 Skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
