We are looking for lecturers with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in the automotive industry, who are committed to training the next generation of automotive engineers.
Potential teaching areas include:

Vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair technologies

Automotive control systems and onboard diagnostics (OBD)

Modern automotive technologies (electric vehicles, hybrid systems, smart vehicles)
Courses emphasize workshop-based training, hands-on practice, and alignment with real automotive service and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver courses integrating theoretical knowledge with hands-on workshop practice and real-world automotive systems

Develop and update teaching materials in line with the latest automotive technologies and industry practices

Organize and supervise practical sessions on vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair

Guide students in technical projects and graduation theses related to automotive engineering applications

Participate in curriculum development to ensure relevance to current industry needs

Establish and maintain partnerships with automotive companies, service centers, and manufacturers for internships and training
-
Conduct research in automotive technologies, including vehicle systems, diagnostics, and emerging trends such as EVs

Contribute to academic and professional activities such as workshops, technical seminars, and training programs

Perform other academic responsibilities as assigned
Job Requierements

Master’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering or related fields

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics
-
Familiarity with modern automotive technologies such as electric or hybrid vehicles is an advantage

Practical experience in automotive workshops, service centers, or manufacturing companies is highly preferred

Ability to supervise hands-on training and guide students in technical practice

Strong technical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail

Good communication and teaching skills
