Key Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate courses in Software Engineering, including Software Design, Software Architecture, Programming, Software Testing, Software Project Management, DevOps, Cloud Computing, and related disciplines.
• Develop learner-centered teaching materials that emphasize project-based learning, industry engagement, and practical problem-solving.
• Contribute to curriculum development to ensure alignment with international standards and evolving industry practices.
• Supervise student capstone projects, software development projects, scientific research, and innovation initiatives.
• Conduct research and participate in software development, technology transfer, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Establish partnerships with technology companies to strengthen internships, research collaborations, and graduate employability.
• Participate in faculty development, academic conferences, and university service activities.

Job Requierements

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A Ph.D. is highly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong knowledge of Software Engineering principles, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Architecture, and modern software development methodologies.
• Experience with one or more modern programming languages and software development frameworks.
• Ability to mentor students through software development projects and applied research.
• Professional experience in software development, IT consulting, or technology companies is considered an advantage.
