Teaching Areas

• Principles of Management and Organizational Behavior

• Marketing (Fundamentals and Advanced)

• Operations Management

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned courses in alignment with program outcomes

• Develop and continuously improve teaching materials based on industry trends

• Supervise student projects, case studies, and graduation theses

• Participate in curriculum development and academic activities

• Engage with industry partners to support student internships and practical exposure

• Conduct research with an emphasis on applied topics

• Perform other academic duties as assigned

Job Requierements

• Doctor in Business Administration or related fields

• Strong understanding of business operations and management practices

• Industry experience is highly preferred

• Ability to design practical, application-oriented teaching content

• Strong communication and student mentoring skills

• Proactive, responsible, and committed to continuous learning.
