Key Responsibilities

Deliver assigned courses in alignment with program outcomes

Develop and continuously improve teaching materials based on industry trends

Supervise student projects, case studies, and graduation theses

Participate in curriculum development and academic activities

Engage with industry partners to support student internships and practical exposure

Conduct research with an emphasis on applied topics

Perform other academic duties as assigned
Job Requierements

Doctor in Business Administration or related fields

Strong understanding of business operations and management practices

Industry experience is highly preferred

Ability to design practical, application-oriented teaching content

Strong communication and student mentoring skills
