Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courses with a strong connection to real-world financial practices

• Update teaching materials to reflect current trends in fintech and digital banking

• Supervise student research, analysis, and practical assignments

• Participate in curriculum development and academic activities

• Organize seminars and industry-related activities

• Conduct research in finance and banking

• Perform other academic duties as assigned

Job Requierements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Finance, Banking, or related fields

• Strong knowledge of finance and banking systems

• Industry experience is preferred

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Effective teaching and mentoring abilities

• Proactive, responsible, and adaptable.
