Teaching Areas
At DNTU, the Chemical Engineering Technology program is designed with a strong application-oriented approach, closely aligned with industrial production processes in areas such as chemicals, materials, and energy.
Lecturers are expected not only to deliver foundational knowledge but also to bridge theory with real-world industrial applications, enabling students to understand how chemical systems operate in professional environments.

Teaching is delivered through an integration of theory, simulation, and real-world case analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver assigned courses in alignment with program learning outcomes

Develop, update, and continuously improve teaching materials based on technological advancements and industry needs

Design case studies and process simulations to enhance students’ technical thinking
-
Supervise laboratory practice, coursework, and graduation theses
-
Participate in curriculum development with a focus on application and industry relevance

Establish connections with enterprises and factories to support student internships and field visits
-
Conduct applied research in areas such as production technology, materials, and environmental applications

Participate in academic seminars, workshops, and professional activities
-
Perform other academic duties as assigned
Job Requierements

Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or related fields
-
Strong knowledge of chemical processes, systems, and industrial operations
-
Industry experience in factories, industrial zones, or technical projects is highly preferred
-
Ability to deliver application-oriented teaching and connect theory with practice
-
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
-
Effective communication and student mentoring abilities

Proactive, responsible, and willing to innovate in teaching methods

Research capability is an advantage
