Courses may include:

Key Responsibilities

Deliver courses using an application-oriented approach, integrating theory, laboratory practice, and real-world case studies in the food industry
Proactively develop, update, and improve teaching materials in alignment with current food safety standards, regulations, and industry practices
Design and organize laboratory sessions, experiments, and testing activities to help students understand production processes and quality control systems
Supervise students in practical courses, projects, and graduation theses with a focus on real-world application
Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement to meet labor market demands
Build and maintain partnerships with food industry enterprises to support internships, field trips, and experiential learning
Conduct research, particularly in areas such as food processing, preservation, testing, and product development
Contribute to academic activities such as seminars, workshops, and professional events
Perform other academic duties as assigned

Master’s degree or higher in Food Technology or related fields
Strong knowledge of food processing, preservation, and quality control systems
Familiarity with food safety standards and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO) is an advantage
Industry experience in food production, testing, or product development is highly preferred
Ability to deliver practice-oriented teaching and supervise laboratory activities
Strong scientific thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy
Effective communication and student mentoring skills
Proactive, responsible, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
Interest in research and long-term academic growth
