Teaching Areas

At DNTU, the Nursing program is designed with a strong application-oriented approach, focusing on comprehensive patient care, clinical skills, and professional ethics.

We are seeking lecturers with solid academic backgrounds, practical experience, and a strong commitment to developing future healthcare professionals.

Potential teaching areas include:

• Fundamental and advanced nursing

• Medical-surgical nursing

• Pediatric and maternal nursing

• Infection control and patient safety

• Clinical nutrition and rehabilitation care

• Communication skills and nursing ethics

Courses emphasize hands-on practice, simulation-based learning, and real hospital exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courses integrating theory, simulation-based training, and clinical practice

• Develop and continuously improve teaching materials in alignment with professional standards and healthcare practices

• Organize and supervise clinical skills training sessions, internships, and competency assessments

• Guide students in projects and graduation theses with practical healthcare applications

• Participate in curriculum development and quality improvement aligned with expected learning outcomes

• Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare institutions to facilitate clinical placements

• Conduct research in nursing, community health, and healthcare quality improvement

• Contribute to academic development activities such as workshops and professional training

• Perform other academic duties as assigned

Job Requierements

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or related fields

• Strong knowledge of patient care, clinical procedures, and healthcare safety standards

• Practical experience in hospitals or healthcare institutions is highly preferred

• Ability to teach clinical skills and supervise students in practice settings

• Understanding of professional ethics and healthcare regulations

• Strong communication and mentoring skills

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to student development

• Interest in research and long-term academic career development
