Key Responsibilities

Deliver courses integrating theory, simulation-based training, and clinical practice

Develop and continuously improve teaching materials in alignment with professional standards and healthcare practices

Organize and supervise clinical skills training sessions, internships, and competency assessments

Guide students in projects and graduation theses with practical healthcare applications

Participate in curriculum development and quality improvement aligned with expected learning outcomes

Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare institutions to facilitate clinical placements

Conduct research in nursing, community health, and healthcare quality improvement

Contribute to academic development activities such as workshops and professional training

Perform other academic duties as assigned
Job Requierements

Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or related fields

Strong knowledge of patient care, clinical procedures, and healthcare safety standards

Practical experience in hospitals or healthcare institutions is highly preferred

Ability to teach clinical skills and supervise students in practice settings

Understanding of professional ethics and healthcare regulations
