General Infomation
The High-Tech Technology Transfer Project Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and operation of the University’s High-Tech collaborative and technology transfer projects under the direction of the University’s Board of Management.
The position serves as a key coordination point between the Board of Management and the faculties, departments, individuals, and partners involved in each project, overseeing implementation, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, managing project documentation, and addressing issues to ensure that projects are implemented effectively, on schedule, and in accordance with the University’s objectives.
The role does not replace the professional responsibilities of assigned units but focuses on overall project management, coordination, communication, and ensuring effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and implement directions from the Board of Management regarding High-Tech collaborative and technology transfer projects.
- Develop and monitor the overall implementation plan for each project in accordance with approved objectives, requirements, and timelines.
- Act as the key coordination point among the Board of Management, Faculties, Departments, Centers, professional units, and project partners.
- Monitor the progress of tasks assigned to each participating unit; consolidate updates and promptly report delays, difficulties, risks, and emerging issues.
- Organize meetings, working sessions, and coordination activities necessary to facilitate project implementation.
- Manage and maintain project plans, minutes, reports, administrative documents, and other relevant records.
- Consolidate implementation results and monitor the completion of project objectives and assigned responsibilities.
- Track milestones, deliverables, targets, and expected outcomes of each project.
- Identify issues that may affect project progress, quality, or effectiveness; coordinate with relevant stakeholders to propose solutions and escalate matters beyond the assigned authority to the Board of Management.
- Monitor the coordination and use of resources within the assigned project scope.
- Coordinate project evaluation, acceptance, and closing activities, and follow up on post-acceptance actions.
- Work with relevant professional units to support the application and practical implementation of research results, products, or technologies developed through the projects, when required.
- Maintain effective working relationships with experts, scientists, enterprises, and other project partners.
- Support the identification and connection of new partners when required for project development or expansion.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on project progress, outcomes, challenges, and recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Management.
Job Requierements

Education
- PhD or higher, preferably in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Automation, Digital Technology, or other relevant High-Tech fields.
- Good command of English for professional communication and working with experts and partners.
- Proficiency in IT tools for project management, data consolidation, and reporting.
Experience
- Experience in project management, coordination, or project operations, preferably in science and technology, applied research, technology transfer, or university–industry collaborative projects.
- Experience in a university, research institute, technology company, or R&D-oriented organization is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating multiple units and professional teams within a project is preferred.
